Sanur Beach Clean Up

On August 19, 2022, and in conjunction with the Sanur Village Festival, 21 hotels, resorts and accommodations in Sanur took part in a village-wide beach clean-up. The event began at 8 am on Sanur Beach; a total of 204 participants worked together to clear the beaches of plastic and trash which were then disposed of accordingly.

Cleaning efforts also included the nearby Sindhu Beach, Karang Beach, Cemara Beach, Padang Galak and Segara Ayu Beach. Together, a total of 245.1 kg of trash were collected in just 6 hours.
