Kids Club Temporary Closure

We would like to inform you that Prime Plaza Suites Sanur will be carrying out improvement works to our Kids Playground, Kids Club, and Game Zone from 22 October to 15 December 2026.

During this period, the Kids Club and Game Zone will be temporarily relocated to the Garden Wing Lobby to ensure that our young guests can continue to enjoy selected activities during their stay.

Our Camp Splash waterslide, swimming pool, mini soccer, and basketball facilities will remain available for guests to enjoy as usual.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our children’s facilities and providing a better experience for families staying with us.

We kindly ask for your support and understanding during this improvement period and would greatly appreciate your assistance in informing your guests in advance.
