Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali offers regular transportation services to Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport. A nominal fee applies. Please book in advance at the Concierge Desk located next to the Front Office.
Recommended arrival times at the airport for departing flights:
- At least 1 hour before domestic flights
- At least 2 hours before international flights
- Approximate travel time to the airport is 60 minutes, but we suggest allowing extra time due to unpredictable traffic.

Babysitting services are available for an hourly fee. Kindly notify our Customer Service Attendant at least 8 hours in advance and provide the ages of your children and estimated time needed. A minimum charge of two hours applies. If the babysitter is required until late evening, a taxi fare will also be requested.

Our award-winning Camp Splash Kids Club caters to children aged 6 to 12 years. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
Parents must remain on hotel grounds while children attend Camp Splash. If parents plan to leave, a babysitter (with prior booking) is required for a small fee.
Registration is required at least half a day in advance.

Relax by our free-form outdoor pool. Open daily from 09.00 am - 09.00 pm.
- A Lifeguard is not always in attendance therefore children should be supervised by a parent all times.
- Please do not use the pool between 09.00 pm- 08.00 am in consideration of other guests who may wish to enjoy some ‘quiet time’.
- We also need this 11-hour period to add chemicals, allow the water to settle then to ‘vacuum’ the bottom to maintain good water quality for your enjoyment.
