Airport Transportation - #0

Prime Plaza Suites Sanur - Bali provides regular transportation services to Bali’s International Airport, ‘Ngurah Rai’.A minimal fare applies and guests are requested to reserve in advance if you need to have this transportation service.

Guidelines for arriving at the airport for departing flights are:

  • One hour before Domestic flights.
  • Two hours before International flights.

It will take around 60 minutes for travel time between hotel & the Airport, if the traffic is smooth and does not go via toll road.

Baby Sitting - #0

We are pleased to offer a baby-sitting service at a nominal hourly charge. Please advise our Customer Service Attendant at least eight hours in advance giving the ages of your children and the approximate length of time the sitter is required. There is a minimum charge of two hours.Should the ‘sitter’ be required to remain until late evening then taxi fare will also be expected to take the sitter home. Babysitting services are subject to availability and prior notice is required.

There are some public beaches located in Sanur area. Here you will experience the excitement of day-today life in an authentic Balinese community.The local residences are friendly inquisitive folk who enjoy practicing their limited foreign language skills or offer to coach you in Bahasa Indonesia.

We have a regular shuttle to take you to the public beach.  Please check with our Customer Service Attendant for the schedule.

A children’s recreation park. Activities will include water slides, team sports and an outdoor playground. In the adjacent area protected from any rain showers find the unique ‘Games Zone’.

Cars with drivers or self-drive are available for a few hours or several days. Please check with the Taxi Counter Service Attendant in the Main Lobby for details.

Guests are advised to be very cautious about renting cars from street vendors as standards of vehicle safety, licensing for passengers, insurance and liability coverage are frequently suspect!

Whilst in Bali you may wish to enjoy local tropical fruit. In consideration of allguest’s comfort, because of its strong odor, Durian fruit is not permitted on the premises.

Swimming Pool

Relax by our free-form outdoor pool. Open daily from 09.00 am - 09.00 pm.

  • A Lifeguard is not always in attendance therefore children should be supervised by a parent all times.
  • Please do not use the pool between 09.00 pm- 08.00 am in consideration of other guests who may wish to enjoy some ‘quiet time’.
  • We also need this 11-hour period to add chemicals, allow the water to settle then to ‘vacuum’ the bottom to maintain good water quality for your enjoyment.
