Please refer to the information posted behind your suite door. In the event of a fire, use the Emergency Hotline - extension #0 or #66. Our Operator will immediately activate the Suites Emergency Plan.Remain calm. Do not use a lift.Use the fire exits indicated on the plan behind your suite door.
For your security, always take your key and ensure that your door is firmly closed when leaving your suite.
Safety Deposit Box - #0
Safety deposit boxes are available in the room at free of charge.Prime Plaza Suites Sanur - Bali does not accept any responsibility for lost or misplaced articles of value when not locked in the safety deposit box located in your room.
Security
Your safety and security are the utmost importance to us.
When leaving your room:
- Do not leave valuables in the room unattended
- Test your safety deposit box to make sure it is locked
- When leaving your room, check to ensure that your room door and balcony is firmly closed and locked.
When inside your Suite, make use of the security button and door latch.
EMERGENCY & SECURITY PROCEDURES
The safety and the security of our guests and colleagues are of the utmost importance to us. Please read the following information carefully. Please dial ext. 0 (Operator) if you have any further questions.
Double Lock
You can double lock your door by twisting the bolt that’s located on the inside of your door under the handle. If you have a balcony, please make sure that you lock the balcony doors in the same way.
Room Key
Always ensure that the door to your room is firmly closed when entering and leaving your room. Safeguard your room key at all times. You may keep your key with you throughout your stay.
If you lose your key card, please report it immediately to Reception. Upon departure, please return the key to Reception. Please do not leave it in the room or in the key slot on the door.
Admittance
Do not open your room door before identifying the caller. A door-viewer has been provided for this purpose.
Fire Procedures
Please familiarize yourself with the nearest fire exit. A map has been placed on the back of your room door for this purpose.
If the alarm sounds, or you smell smoke:
- Take your room key only, do not pack your belongings
- Test your door for heat and smoke before exiting your room
- If it is safe to do so, exit to the nearest stairwell
- Do not use the lift/elevator
Should the door feel warm, or the corridor impassable:
- Place wet towels along the base of your door
- Call the Emergency Hotline - extension 5 - and give the Operator your name & room number
- Turn off the air conditioner to prevent smoke from entering the room
- Sit low to avoid inhaling the smoke
Tsunami Procedures
- Tsunami Alarm
- Please notice of the public sirens that located at the beach near the hotel. The alarm is a high-pitched siren tone, followed by a voice announcement.
- Please listen to our announcements and follow the instructions.
- Tsunami Evacuation Spot
Our evacuation spot is located on the 4th floor. Please familiarize yourself with its location and tsunami evacuation routes by follow the evacuation sign along corridors.
- If a Tsunami alarm issued, follow the instructions
- Move away from the beach immediately as a precautionary measure.
- Listen closely for announcements from the hotel and follow the instructions.
- Members of our evacuation team will guide you to our tsunami evacuation area.
- You will recognize the members of our evacuation team by their yellow/orange signal vests.
- Our evacuation spot is located on the 4th floor.
- Tsunami evacuation signs will guide you to the evacuation area.
- Follow the red arrows to the evacuation area.
- The green signs indicate that you have reached the evacuation area.
- Do not use the lift/elevator, please use the stairs.
- Do not carry unnecessary items.
- If not within reach of your hotel move to higher ground and as far away from the beach as possible.
- Don’t waste time - better be safe than sorry!
Earthquake Procedures
If you feel an earthquake don’t panic, protect yourself!
- Drop, cover [e.g., under a strong table] and hold on!
- Stay away from windows.
- Listen to our announcements and follow the instructions

After an earthquake, be aware that a tsunami alarm may follow
- Strong underwater earthquakes can trigger a tsunami.
- If you feel an earthquake, immediately move as far away from the beach as possible and to higher ground as a precautionary measure!
- Listen to our announcements and follow the instructions.
- If you are not near the hotel, pay attention to tsunami warning sirens and follow the instructions of the local authorities. In some areas, evacuation signs will guide you to official evacuation areas.
- If a tsunami occurs, be aware that more waves are likely to follow after the first wave.
Wait for an official “All Clear” message before leaving the shelter.
