- Long bean salad tossed in spices coconut sauce
- Grilled tuna salad served with chili, lemongrass, shallots, and kaffir lime vinaigrette
- Boiled egg in fish bullion
Soup:
- Beef soup in Balinese spices (Garang asem ulam banteng)
- Rice crackers with tomato sambals
Main Dishes:
- Stew sliced beef in Balinese spices
- Wok fried calamari tossed in lemongrass sambal
- Stewed pork in sweet soya sauce
- Fried noodles with prawn cutlet and angel hair omelets
- Wok fried Bedugul vegetables
- Steam rice
Live Station:
- Roasted Balinese rubs chicken in banana leaf
- Banana fritters
Grill Station:
- Minced fish skewers
- Pork sate in sweet chili sauce
- Marinated fish fillet wrapped in banana leaf
