Our 22nd Anniversary

On 16^th March, 2018 Prime Plaza Hotel & Suites Sanur celebrated 22 years of service and we have decided to have a joint celebration with our parent company Prime Plaza Hotel & Resorts who celebrated its 15th anniversary on 1st April 2018.
 
To celebrate our anniversary the Prime Plaza Hotel and Suites has been holding special events, such as: charity visits and blood donations.

For 22 years we have focused on continuous product and facility improvements, and delivering the best customer services we know. We care about each and every guest and want to provide a true Balinese experience. Our team will continue to look for ways to improve as we move forward and hope to share more anniversaries with you, our valued guests.

We Did It Again!

Bali Spirit Festival 2018

The Bali Spirit Festival was founded as a premier international and holistic wellness and world music destination event that contributes positively to the ecological health, cultural vibrancy, and overall vitality. This year the festival will take place in Ubud on April 2 -4, 2018. The goal of the Bali Spirit Festival is to awaken and nourish each individual’s potential for positive change within, leading to positive change in our homes, in our communities, and around the world. Through beneficial and inspirational traditions of Yoga, Dance, and Music, the Bali Spirit Festival illustrates the Balinese Hindu concept of Tri Hita Karana: living in harmony with our spiritual, social, and natural environments.

This year’s festival theme is “Return to Source”. During the day, there are heaps of activities scheduled including yoga workshops, traditional Balinese performances, Bhakti Music, Kirtan, Capoeira, meditation, sound healing and ecstatic dance. You can also take part in some of the information seminars which focus on health, nutrition, self help and vedic astrology, just to name a few. You can take part in any of the yoga workshops, bring your own mat if you are able however there will be a limited number of yoga mats are available for sale at the festival venue. 

At night time, there will be music concerts with a huge line up of acts including traditional Balinese music, DJ’s and electronic music. A Helping Hand

Prime Plaza Hotel & Suites Sanur is continually contributing to society, one of our charitable foundations we support is the Yayasan Bina Ekklesia.

We visited Yayasan Bina Ekklesia on the 26th of March, 2018 as one of charity activities in conjunction with our 22nd anniversary. The foundation is located in Denpasar, about 15 minute drive from Prime Plaza Hotel & Suites Sanur and is home to over 30 children and adolescents, these children all live under the one roof ranging from ranging from 4 - 19 years old. Coming from West Sumba, a beautiful yet very dry island to the east of Bali, the children are from poverty stricken families who struggle on a daily basis. This situation often leads to child abandonment, abuse and neglect, and forces many children onto the streets, creating an ever growing population of "Social Orphans".

Ekklesia was established in an effort to improve the plight of these children. The foundation provides quality nutrition, a clean, safe place to live and equips the children with proper education and life skills. Their aim is to raise a better generation, who are prepared to be significant contributors to their society and prevent them turning to the streets to beg. We've been supporting them with their needs such as foods, books, and other facilities. In our last visit, we also took our magician to entertain the kids! It’s such a pleasure to see their smiling happy faces. If you would like to donate to this special cause either in cash or with educational books or even clothes, we will be more than happy to assist.

“This was our 2nd time at Plaza Suites and it didn’t disappoint. We had a week in Kuta and then came to Sanur and it’s just a more relaxing family friendly environment. I don’t feel like our holiday started until we arrived at Prime Plaza suites?
We are a family of 4 with two children aged 4 and 1, holidays and travel can be tricky!
I found everything that Prime plaza could offer made our stay enjoyable for everyone, the kids enjoyed the pools and water slide daily and my husband and I enjoyed seeing the kids enjoy themselves and we can deny we loved happy hour”

2. Family Hotel by Kendalburno

“This hotel is perfect for families with children of all ages. The rooms are spacious, facilities are excellent and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I could not fault anything at the hotel. The only negative is the location, it is not on the main strip, it's around a 10 minute walk away with kids. There is a regular shuttle to the shopping area and beach club which makes up for it.
